Members of the National Conference of Firemen & Oilers, SEIU (NCFO) have ratified a new collective bargaining agreement with the National Carrier’s Conference Committee (NCCC), the bargaining agent for the nation’s major railroads. The Agreement was reached as a result of the NCFO’s participation with five other unions in the Coordinated Bargaining Group CBG.
