The Kansas Legislature is considering a bill that would shift the Kansas worker's compensation system to favor the employer.
Senate Bill 73 proposes to shift worker's compensation from the current system to a system that would favor the employer over injured workers all across Kansas. The workers compensation system should not be tilted to benefit one side over the other, keep the system fair and reject SB 73. Injured Kansas workers shouldn't be left out in the cold.
